Well, if you mean, how is it made? Milk is warmed but not boiled, has a yogurt "starter" added (powder you buy or yogurt from a prior batch of yogurt) and then it is allowed to sit under normal temperature (room temperature) (but kept warm by keeping it in a yogurt maker or a metal thermos or sitting it on top of a hot water bottle, etc.) for many hours, generally overnight until it forms into more of a solid and then it is refrigerated, flavored, etc. I can't give you the exact temperature to heat the milk to off the top of my head. Look it up online "how to make yogurt" or "how yogurt is made" can be typed right into your search engine.
