Glazed Rosemary Roast BeefPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Place beef in roasting pan. Sprinkle top and sides with rosemary, salt, and pepper. Roast until meat thermometer into thickest part of beef registers 135 degrees for medium rare, about 1 hour, 15 minutes.

 

Chocolate-Cherry Ice Cream PieStir chopped cherries and juice into vanilla ice cream until combined; spread into crust. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. Spread 1/2 cup fudge topping over pie; freeze until firm, about 15 minutes. Spread with chocolate fudge brownie ice cream; freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.

 

Dijon Chicken and PotatoesSprinkle chicken with 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Coat with flour, reserving excess. In nonstick skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken; cook, turning once, until browned. Remove chicken from pan. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion; cook, stirring, until softened, 5 minutes.
