Amish Sour Cream PotatoesMix together all potato ingredients and pour into baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top.

 

Old Fashioned Macaroni and CheeseHeat oven to 350 degrees F. Make white sauce in a medium pan, melt margarine; add flour and salt, and stir until smooth and thick. Then add the milk. Cook over low heat until sauce thickens.

 

Beth's Super Pumpkin DessertMix these 3 ingredients together. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Top with Cool Whip or ice cream.

 

Praline Ice Cream SauceCombine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly 10 minutes or until sauce is thick and smooth. Cool slightly. Serve over vanilla ice cream.

Need Advice on Creating a Special Diet?My husband is suffering from a bad case of gout. The gout has gotten really bad (in his ankle) and he is trying to combat it with his diet instead of taking the meds his doctor prescribed because of the health risks involved with the meds. He has just recently been told that his cholesterol level is super high and now he's on a special diet for that. He also suffers from diverticulitis.
