Layered PotatoesLayer potatoes, salt and pepper, boiled eggs, and Kielbasa. Repeat layers. Smother the top with sour cream. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.

 

Chocolate Coke CakeMix by hand! Sift sugar and flour in a large bowl. Combine butter, shortening, cocoa and Coke. Heat until butter is melted, then pour over flour mixture and stir. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows.

 

Sausage and Tomato RigatoniCook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, brown sausage in large nonstick skillet; drain. Stir in onions and tomato paste; cover.
