Overnight Snowball CookiesPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat 2 egg whites till foamy. Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar and continue beating till peaks form. Fold in pinch of salt, 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 cup finely chopped pecans, and 1 cup semi sweet chocolate bits (small or regular).
