Bacon Corn CasseroleFry the bacon, remove from fat, and when cool bread bacon into small pieces. Slice the pepper and onion and fry in 2 Tbsp. bacon fat. To the peppers and onion add the corn, bread crumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, pepper and bacon pieces.
