Frozen Strawberry SaladPut all in blender, but Cool Whip and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip and freeze.

 

Stuffed MeatballsYummy and kids love it. Mix the stove top stuffing according to directions. Put aside. Mix ground beef with egg, milk and oatmeal. Add salt and pepper to taste.

 

Banana and Cocoa MushThis is a recent find of mine. I am diabetic and this is a nice sweet treat that is not bad for me! I love it because it's healthy, yummy and quick to make. All you need is a fork and a bowl, so you could make this in your lunch hour.

 

Easy Cheezy LasagnaThis is a favorite of my husband. Combine water, sauce and meat. Spread 1 1/2 cups sauce mix in a 9x13 pan. Layer noodles on top of sauce.

 

Scalloped Sausage CasseroleHeat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sausage (cut in thirds) and seasoning in greased casserole (use large casserole).

 

Crash PotatoesIt's easy and a twist on mashed potatoes or french fries. The kids love it and so do adults! Bake potato till soft (I most of the time use my microwave for this).

 

Crunchy Chicken BallsIn bowl, mix chicken, bread crumbs, milk, mayonnaise, egg, poultry seasoning, onion, mustard and nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs.

 

Red Pepper RelishGrind together peppers, onions and celery. Pour boiling water over this. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain and repeat once more.

 

Jam CakeYum, this is a very moist spice cake. You can use any variety of jam you wish or that you screwed up. Another name for this recipe can be "How to Use the Jam that Didn't Set Up Well Besides Pretending that it is Syrup".

 

French Apple SquaresThis one is extra yummy! Mix together the flour, shortening, sugar and salt. Blend in egg yolks with the milk. Roll out half of the dough and fit it into a 12x18 inch jellyroll pan.

 

Store Milk In Plastic BagIt's true. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure especially when it comes to cleaning. In this picture, I wrapped the plastic grocery bag handles around the handle of the milk jug, leaving enough of the handle because the bag can be slippery.

 

Stir Fry TipsI stir fry quite often with fresh veggies. In order to get everything cooked properly, I need to add the different ingredients separately: first onions; then harder veggies that need to be softened, like carrots; then soft ones like broccoli or chard, that only need to cook briefly.
