Taco CasseroleBrown beef and add sauce. Layer half of beef mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with 1/2 of the chips; add rest of beef mixture over that.

 

Sour Cream DressingCombine ingredients. Let stand for one hour. Good on cabbage, macaroni, potato salad and cucumbers.

 

White Cake Strawberry SupremeA cake loaded with goodies and what a great taste. Bake your white moist cake as directed on the box. If whipped cream is frozen, take out to thaw as soon as you put the cake in the oven.

 

Mustard Buttered PotatoesWash and cook potatoes until tender. Peel and dice. Cook minced onions until tender, but not brown, in melted butter.

 

Pineapple Cinnamon CrownDissolve candies in water over low heat. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 qt. mold or bowl.

 

Sauteed ApplesYummo! Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add apples and cook, stirring constantly, until apples are almost tender, about 6 minutes.

 

Meatballs in Tomato JuiceMix ingredients well, (except tomato juice and onion). Shape into 8 balls. Brown in large skillet. Add tomato juice and minced onion. Simmer for approximately 1 hour.

 

Okra Stuffed With Cottage CheeseA veggie curry that is tasty, and can be made in advance. Wash, wipe and slit the okras lengthwise. Mix the cottage cheese, salt, jeera and mustard seeds. Fill the okras with this mixture.
