Oreo BallsNot only is it quick and easy to prepare, it is different from the usual candy recipes. In fact, I had never seen it until this Christmas season.

 

Chocolate And Cherry RingIn a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, combine eggs, oil and vanilla; add to flour mixture.

 

Choose Your Flavor CookiesThere are so many extract flavors to choose from, even coffee extract, for these oh so easy mild flavored cookies. My favorites happen to be almond, cherry, maple or raspberry.

 

Cheddar Crust Spinach QuicheFor Cheddar crust: Mix cheese, flour, dry mustard, salt and milk to moisten with butter. Spray non-stick pie dish with non-stick cooking spray and press mixture into dish.

 

Chinese Asparagus SaladWash and peel the asparagus. Cut spears diagonally in 1 1/2 inch lengths. Cook asparagus pieces in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water.
