30's Depression CakeA chocolate cake with minimal ingredients and no eggs. Using a 2 cup measure make a paste of cocoa and hot water. Fill the 2 cup measure the rest of the way with milk. Add sugar, baking soda, flour and vanilla and mix all ingredients until smooth.
