Crustless Apple Pie
Beat eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture. Add apples and nuts. Mix well. Turn into a greased 9 inch pie pan and bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Break cauliflower into roses. Cut cheese into squares. Break broccoli into small pieces. Dice celery, slice olives, and radishes, and chop onions.
