Combine all vegetables, granules, and water and cook until vegetables are tender. Drain. Add cheese, milk, and butter. Cook on low until cheese melts. For thinner soup, add more milk.
Microwave Meat Loaf
Mix hamburger, ketchup, egg, salt, and pepper. Crush enough crackers to make hamburger mixture not so sticky. Shape into mini meat loaves so 4 will fit in 9 inch square pan.
