Festive Sweet PotatoesPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sweet potatoes, milk, egg substitute, brown sugar, margarine, spices, and vanilla in bowl; mix well. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole.

 

Cream Cheese CookiesQuick, delicious cake-like cookies. Makes around 6 dozen.

 

Lemon Jello Fruit SaladI don't know why they call Jello and fruit a salad. This is one of my favorites, though. I would call it a dessert, it is so good.

 

Dilly BreadI like the taste of this so much with the dill, and it always rises so nice. You can make this the usual way or using a bread maker, which is what I do. I put the bread maker on the "dough" cycle and when that is done, take it out and shape it anyway I want to.

 

Vodka Cream PastaThis is a quick, tasty, and fancy looking dinner that is fairly inexpensive to make. I find that if I spend a little more money and cook nice meals like this regularly, we don't want to go out to eat, saving money in the long run.

Absolutely Never Fail Easy Banana BreadMix all together, adding banana, melted butter and pecans last. Put in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
