You can restore cloudy or crystallized honey to its original state by placing it in a pan of hot tap water. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes and it will be good as new.

A quick short shot in the microwave will have the same effect. HOWEVER, do NOT use this technique on CREAMED honey as it will no longer be "Creamed".
Another tip if you do put it in the microwave, do not put in a closed container, make sure that it is opened or it can explode.

Most honey is pasteurized (cooked). The best honey however is raw honey or unpasteurized. It is healthier for you.
If a bee eats pasteurized honey, he dies.....

Do not put a plastic honey container in the microwave unless you enjoy chemical-laced honey! Warm water is a better idea, too hot and the plastic will break down, leaching chemicals into your food! Same goes for any container made of plastic!

This depends on the amount of honey you have. I had a three pound tub and it took 3 days of constantly heating the water. Of course, it slept at night.
