Dealing with Heat at Work

I work in a hot factory, and keep a spray bottle filled with water to spritz now and then. I also wet a paper towel with cold water and put in the middle of my bra. Helps to cool my whole body down! For the guys, I would suggest wet paper towels on the back of your neck.

I too, work in a shop. I use a cool band (sporting goods stores) that I use around my head or neck and if I am really hot, around my ankles and my left arm to cool blood. Paper towel works almost as good, soaked in cold water.

I use baby powder in and around bra and underware to stay dry and fresh!
