Warped Wood Floor?

We pulled up old rug only to find that cat pee had warped the floor in a couple of places, any suggesstions on how to remove the stain and fix the wood?

The floor of the house across the street from us had gotten wet and my husband laid some boards across them and put concrete blocks on the boards and left them a couple of weeks. That flattened them out. If they need cleaning, you can scrub them and then put boards and concrete blocks on. I'd be interested in hearing how they turn out.
