Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix Recipe?

Can someone send in the ingredients listed on the package for Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip mix, please? Peggy Lee from Cecil, Ohio sent in the best recipe (Festival Tortillas) the other day which called for Fiesta Ranch Dip mix, but the mix seems to have become unavailable here in No. California, although I've checked every grocery store. Hidden Valley still lists it on their web site and I wrote them asking for the ingredients but haven't heard back.

This is a recipe I got off of another message board website. It doesn't include "how" to make the dressing, but you can just get that off of the website I am sure.

Here is the mix though:

Not So Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 Tablespoons onion flakes
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
2 and 1/2 teaspoons paprika
2 and 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes

Mix and store in a small Ziplock bag.
Two Tablespoons = one seasoning packet.

HTH! :)

You most likely won't hear back from the company you wrote to asking for their ingredient list for their best selling product. Try making your own ranch dressing and put in some picante sauce to it, I prefer Pace brand picante sauce. Campbell's soup company makes it. I did recently buy Litehouse brand Salsa Ranch dressing, found in the produce section of the grocery.

It was thinner than I liked but had a really good flavor. I might use this for a boiled shrimp dip or as a sandwich spread. It's good with whole grain chips. But I'd say your best bet would be making your own version.

I use 1/2 package of taco seasoning & 1/2 package hidden valley ranch dip & it's a pretty good substitute.
