Looking for Graham Crackers in South Africa?

I can direct you to a website that will explain graham crackers better than I can. Go to www.about.com. In their "search blank" type in "Honey graham cracker recipe".
My very BASIC description would be that it is like a thin, crisp, dry rectangle cookie made with whole wheat flour. I don't find them to be extremely sweet. Many Americans love to dunk or dip them in a glass of cold milk as a treat!

I believe the English refer to them as "digestive biscuits". Maybe that name is used there, too.

I am from England but i have been over here over 40yrs and i love Graham crackers they make a good pie shell and we dont always dip them in milk we also put melted marshmellows and chocolate on them they are goooood but they tast better done on a camp fire try it
