Ingredients

• Seasoned mashed potatoes
• 3 cups of your favorite medium white sauce
• 2/3 cup grated American cheese
• 2 cups cubed, cooked or canned ham

• 1 can cooked carrots
• 1 can peas, drained

Directions

Shape the potatoes into serving size nests on a greased baking sheet and bake in a very hot oven, 450 degrees F, until browned. Combine the sauce, cheese, ham, carrots and peas and heat thoroughly. Place into the potato nests and serve.
