It seems strange to say many....but hey are fancy tailed guppies,[purebredblue strain] and goldfish. They are in a large tank and each have a personality oftheir own.

They[8] all have names and are so cute to watch.

I have 3 cats, brothers. All different.
Some one suggested using the dryer sheets to keep the cats out of the Christmas tree. It worked like a charm. I'll use that one again if I need to keep them out of some place. This morning I woke to find someone had spit up in the middle of the dining room table. It didn't bother me a bit. Better than either of the other. Juanita, Hmwd,Il
Maybe I better put a sheet on the table, huh?

We have 7 all together. "Catty-Kit" is our male cat who is the boss of the entire operation here. Two little male (brothers) degus (Chilean squirrels), and 4 laying hens.

I know that most people don't make pets of their chickens, but we raised them from 2 day old chicks and they are real pets. They follow us around just the way dogs would do outside. They'll hop up into our hands and like to be held and petted.

The cat is as good as any watch dog could be. Nothing or no one could get past him without him alerting us.

The degus will not bite, but would just as soon be
riding their wheels as petted. They are beautiful and a pleasure to watch.

I would not want to live in a world without lots of pets
around including all the wild birds and squirrels that we feed and enjoy outside.

I have three children. A nine year old Chinese pug which I inherited when my mother passed on, a year 1/2 old Boston terrier Pitt bull mix and a six month old chihuahua mix?. I rescued her on her way to the pound. I can't abide animal cruelty. I can't see how anyone can be mean to an animal that gives such unconditional love. EllenW

I have dogs, horses and sheep. A couple of the dogs are companion animals and two of the dogs are livestock guardians...I love them all equally. The horses are my passion and they range from an exquisite Peruvian to a bold half Morgan colt to an elderly and eloquent retired carriage champion.

The sheep, too, have personalities, some more gregarious than others but I keep a perspective as they will provide food for the table. They are true blessings.

Many! We have a dog named Fred,5 indoor kitties:Gizmo,Skinny Minnie,Fat cat,Boo,and Artsey Fartsey. Here is a picture of 3of them sleeping inour sink one hot summer's day.
Outside, we are feeding about 15 strays. Some were dumped in our driveway(we ahve a 600 foot driveway that looks like a dirt road)and some found their way to our house we think from up the road where some people moved away.

We have a screened in porch with a cat door so they can come in and out. My husband built them a kitty hotel, and their are extra boxes with clean cloths to sleep in, plus cat pans and a huge water dish and plenty of food. Sometimes 3 or 4 of them get i the dog house with our dog!We have had some fixed and they all got rabie shots. Hopefully we will get the remaining ones(4)done this year.

I have a horse, a white shepherd, and 2 kittens, NOW.

My adult cats died this year. One (siamese) was 18, and my other was 13. My yorkie died last year when he was 16.

I'm a finatic about my animals, often feeding veggies. ALL NEUTERED! It helps them live longer I think PLUS I WILL NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE OVERPOPULATION OF ANIMALS! My yorkie would eat, veggies, fruit, anything health mom ate :-)
I do miss him.
