Who Can I Call Regarding Stray Cat and Kittens in Philadelphia?

A stray kitty has delivered babies on my back porch. Do you know who I can contact in Philly to help them?

Go to the website for the PSPCA and there is a form you can fill out and email to them or if you can find a phone number in your phonebook for them you can probably call. I live 10 miles outside Philadelphia and we have our own SPCA that we can contact

* Here's a newspaper article about the feral cat problem in Philadelphia:
Apparently, you have so many cat rescue & "TNR" (Trap-Neuter-Release) organizations because Philadelphia has QUITE the stray cat population problem!

---> Before you let that momma cat wander off, you can get a free neuter/spay voucher to have her fixed from one of the above organizations. The kittens cat's be fixed until 4 months of age, but the sooner they are given to a rescue origination, the easier it will be to have them adopted out. But the most important thing (IF moma cat will let you) is to socialize the kittens so they get used to being handled by humans because if they aren't held by 6 to 8 weeks, they won't ever want to be handled or petted.
