I have a drywall ceiling with bleeding screw heads. How do I fix the problem?

Apparently someone mistook them for galvanized ones. I'd but a sealer, like Kliz, and just paint the heads that are bleeding through. Sometimes it can take SEVERAL coats to cover the rust. This way, you just use it where and as often as you need it; one coat may work on some screw heads, others may take 6 or more coats. (Be careful not to put it on so thick that it'll show when the final painting is done.) Once they're all covered with no bleeding, seal the entire ceiling, then paint in the color of your choice. Tedious, but it'll work.
