Reusing a Steel Trampoline Frame?

What can I do with a 7-foot x 7-foot round, steel trampoline frame? The trampoline part is all ripped up from sun-rot, but the frame is really solid, and I know it could have a use, but what?

You could let the kids make a "clubhouse" out of it. Kids can do some great, creative things when their imaginations are turned loose. Maybe you could fashion some kind of a dog house from it, that is if you have a dog.

Could you take it apart in half and make it some kind of an arbour in your yard? You could stand it on its ear and hang curtains from it so that it is the center of the stage for the kids to act out plays.

Maybe you could stand it up and put it in the ground with a swing hanging from it. Just some brainstorming thoughts. Hope you think of something that works for you!

If you hang out laundry to dry, is it tall enough to hang clothes on hangers? You could lay sweaters, throw rugs etc. around the rim to dry.

If you have small children, cover the frame with a tarp and they will have a playhouse/tent.

Plant beans or other crops that need a trellis in the center of it and let the plants use the frame for support.

Metal is worth a lot of money now. Do you have somewhere you could turn it into?

I would set up an outdoor umbrella in the center and drape a tarp over all of it (or twin sized bed sheets-sew them together. They could also paint pix on it. Voile' a playhouse or circus tent.

Weave strong canvas strips anchored to the edges with grommets. Use it as a big round hammock : )

Take the top heavy duty pipes and make an arched trellis. Divide them in half (Mine has 8 sections for the circle so I use 4 for each arch) Use a roll of chicken wire to stretch between the two arches secure with wire or those plastic zippy things that don't undo when you do them.(Sorry I can't think of what they call those).

Anyway, you'll have to bury the ends of the arch in the ground. But I believe you will have a tall enough arch that you could even put a small birdbath underneath it and plant your flowers or certain vegetable at each end of the arch.
