What Can I Make With Immature Pears?

One of my pear branches broke. I waited as long as I could and now that the leaves have started to turn brown, I picked the small immature fruit. They have a good taste to them, but are grainy. What can I make with them? It's been about 6 days, they are softening, but are also feeling spongy. Any ideas? Thanks.

Make them into a pear crumble, just liker you would make an apple crumble, we use all different fruits for crumbles in our house.

Make pear honey or pear butter (just like apple butter, but sub. pears). If you google either one you will get many recipes. Then this winter either will be excellent on your hot biscuits or rolls.
