Mash 6 hardboiled eggs (or more) with potato masher. Add what you may want of Kraft Sandwich Spread, start with less as you mix. You can always add more. Great for lunch.

I use only yellow hot dog mustard and pickle relish in my egg salad. No mayonaise or anything even faintly resembling mayonaise! This gives it a spicy flavor without trying to remember a complicated recipe with many ingredients.
