Bean Plant Leaves Are Turning Yellow?

Why are my leaves on my beans turning yellow? I am not getting any beans either.

Depending on the conditions, leaves turning yellow most of the time mean over watering. Only water the plant when the soil is dry to the touch. See how that does, if that isn't working, it may be a type of fungus. You can pinch a leaf off and take it to your local market and nine times out of ten, someone will be able to diagnose your problem.
