Changing The Direction Of A Toilet?

I am renovating a bathroom and want to turn the toilet around, have it facing the opposite way. How would I do this? Does the plumbing underneath need to be changed in any way?

If you are to just turn the toilet 180 degrees so it faces in the opposite direction all you need to do is relocate the inlet pipe. That is the small pipe that supplies water to the tank. As you will lifting the toilet to turn it 180 degrees you most likely will also need a new seal. That is the seal that goes under the toilet to keep sewer gases from entering the house.
