Dried Glue on Shirt?

I have a fairly new cotton t-shirt that has dried glue (hot glue, I believe). Is there any way to remove it?

Freeze the shirt for several hours. Then remove from the freezer and see if it will "pop" off when you bend or work with the fabric. This often works for removing gum. I discovered this once when an article of clothing was left in the car over night and had gum on it. It chipped right off.

Hot vinegar will also dissolve it.
