If you can't find a pre-spiraled ham at your market, don't be bashful about asking your butcher to cut it for you ;-) Serve with orange wedges as a garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 7 - 8 lb. fully cooked, spiral-cut, smoked ham on the bone
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 large orange, zested
  • 1/2 large orange, juiced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place ham in a foil lined roasting pan.

Place garlic, marmalade, mustard, brown sugar, orange juice, and orange zest in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Spread glaze evenly over the ham and bake, uncovered, until the ham is fully heated and the glaze is golden brown, about 1 hour.
