Glue veil-like material on swatter part, stuffing with potpourri. You can either make a drawstring at top so it's refillable or just glue all edges. Glue lace around wire part and glue flowers in center all the way down to swatter. Also line the edge of the swatter with lace. I decorated this swatter for about $10.00.
