Thats what I try to do also... In the oven or a crock pot is my favorite thing.
This is the best way to live... especially for me, since I hate washing dishes! I only use a tea kettle, a saucepan and a wok-like frying pan nowadays and it feels so much more efficient.
Love the crock pot! What makes it even better is to use those crock pot liners and you will never have to wash that heavy crock pot again!
