I love the smokey flavor of this very easy recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 lb. round bone roast
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2-3 drops liquid smoke
  • Advertisement

  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Mix thoroughly and marinate 3 1/2 lb. round bone roast for 3 hours out of refrigerator. Turn occasionally. Broil over low charcoal for med. rare about 35 minutes. Can be baked in oven instead of over charcoal. Wrap in aluminum foil and cook slowly at about 300 degrees F for 2-3 hours. Sauce that is left can be used (if frozen) for hamburgers and it is delicious!

Servings: 8-10
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 3 Hours
