Red Splotches on My Legs From a Rash?

I have very red, bumpy splotches on my legs from a severe skin rash. I scratched so much they had opened and oozed. It's no longer itchy, but how can I get rid of, or fade, these ugly red splotches? I can't show my legs like this. Please help!

Try Aubrey Organics Anti-Itch Remedy. It sells in our natural foods store. It cost about $9.00 for a 4 oz bottle. It helped me get over a bad case of poison oak.

I wonder if it's eczema.

The anti-itch remedy sounds good for the next breakout.

I don't know what to say to help remove the redness and bumps.

It would probably be a good idea to see a doctor, Sandy. Always better safe than sorry :)

I would try neosporin first and if if the spots/bumps don't heal up, then go see your Dr!

1. wash with a mild cleanser like Cetaphil
2. rub well with Noxzema and if it doesn't settle down in half a week, see a doc!
3. you might actually be having an allergic reaction to your detergent. These things can happen at any time.

4. also try asking your pharmacist. It's a free opinion and may help you to decide upon a course of action.
