It's been 20+ years, but I still remember one game from a friend's baby shower: helpers pinned a variety of items to the expectant mother. (They used things like rattles, teething rings, cloth diapers, etc.) Then she walked out among the guests, "modeling" her array of items before leaving the room again. The guests were to remember and write down what she'd had pinned on. The one who remembered the most won a small prize.

A more recent baby shower I attended played "Baby Hill (the parents' last name) Bingo." The hostess made up simple bingo cards using the phrase "Baby Hill." The columns included simple drawings of baby-related items (again, rattles, teething rings, bottles, etc.) I think Cheerios were used to mark the squares as the caller spoke them. Again, the winner won a small prize.
Prizes can be anything bought at the dollar store: bath gloves or mitts, costume jewelry, lotions, etc. Hope this helps, and congrats to the parents and grandparents to be!

Another good game that plays throughout the shower, give everyone a clothespin or a baby pin. The guests are told that they are not allowed to say the word "baby", if they do, the person that catches them gets their pin/necklace, whatever you use.

The one with the most pins near the end of the shower gets a prize.
