Need Help Making a T-Shirt?

I want to make a t-shirt that has cuts in it with another color of material behind the cuts. Can you help?

You'll need 2 identical Tee shirts of different colors. Cut the one you want on the outside by folding, pinning, and cutting so that the cuts are relatively symmetrical. Once the shirt is cut, pin the shirts together, just as they will be worn. You can keep, or cut the sleeves from the bottom shirt just below the seam depending on your design. Baste at all seams & try on to be sure the seams lie smoothly, then sew along all seams. If you don't want the inside shirt to show at the bottom, you can hem it to desired length before pinning. I cut out the t-shrt and glued the extra material on the back of the design. Then iron it again. Make sure you have a good glue. I used one that is made especially for this type of project.
