Canning Homemade Marinades?

If I put homemade marinades in a jar for a gift how long will they keep? Does preparing them weeks (maybe months) ahead of time ruin them?

Call your local ag extension service or call one of the major canning suppliers. Also, try your nearest college.

I wish recipes would state whether they can be canned/pressure cooked!
Don't be intimated; it is easy to do, but stay focused on each step.
