Most recently I used corn syrup when making peanut brittle.
There are several candy and bar recipes that call for corn syrup. Google corn syrup recipes and see what you come up with or go to sites like recipeczar.com
No Cook Candy
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 pinches salt
1 c. powdered sugar
Sprinkles
Rub the butter onto the sides of the bowl. Add the syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir and stir. Dump sugar into the bowl all at one time.
You can also make your own snack bars with corn syrup, such as homemade granola bars.
