Liquid Potpourri Scented Jars?

I am looking for a project that uses liquid potpourri and Knox Gelatine (I think) to make little scented jars.

Hi,

Just use the liquid potpourri as the liquid in the Knox Gelatin directions. (Follow the directions on the package.) Pour in the container. It will evaporate over time and form a hard piece in the bottom of the jar. Pop it out and mix up another batch. This is a welcome gift to anyone.

Jelly Jar Deodorizers

2 cups liquid potpourri
4 packets knox gelatin (plain unflavored)
Jelly jars, lids and rings
Plastic wrap
Decorations (i.e. lace, ribbons, fabric, etc.)

Bring 1 cup liquid potpourri to boil in a non-reactive saucepan. Do not use your good pans!

Add packets of knox gelatin and stir to dissolve.

Add 1 cup of liquid potpourri that is at room temperature and stir.

Pour into jelly jars, cover with plastic wrap and put into refrigerator to firm.

After they have congealed, add lids, rings and any decorations.

These will last several months when uncapped. Just set in a room and let them do their magic

Easy Potpourri Gel craft
1 cup concentrated liquid potpourri
2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
Empty jar

Heat potpourri until almost to a boil. Remove from heat and add 2 envelopes of gelatine. Stir to dissolve gelatine and pour into clean decorative jar. Place piece of plastic wrap over jar and secure with rubber band. Either place in refrigerator for quick set or leave out overnight on counter. Cover with piece of starched "lace" and wrap with ribbon to decorate.

Before using, remove plastic wrap and recover jar with lace cover.

Try simmering 2 cups of liquid potpourri, then add 2 packets of gelatin, stir until dissolved. Pour into jars, then refrigerate until set!

I bought some liquid potourri and would like to know ho to use it. Do I need any special items like s a crock or burner? If so where do I get them? The dollar store where I got the liquid seemed to not know how to use it.
