Cut each cheese slice into 4 pieces. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place crackers on cookie sheet, top with cheese and a slice of pepperoni. Bake at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes or until warm. This is a great, child-pleasing snack!
