Has anyone ever used baby oil in a diffuser?

I don't know about baby oil. I would think you would probably need something to hold up to heat. I think vegetable oil might be a lot safer.

I would be careful refilling them with anything that is not recommended for such use. They can become a fire hazard if the wrong liquid gets into them.

Are you referring to a reed diffuser? Or the one you burn? It would probably work just find in a reed difuser. Were you thinking of scenting it with some kinda oil?
