A deliciously simple appetizer or main dish for a party or luncheon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package dinner rolls. (24)
  • 1 lb. thinly sliced ham and turkey

  • 12 slices cheese, of your choice (I use one half Swiss one half American).
  • 1 stick butter, melted for every 12 rolls
  • 4 Tbsp. onion flakes.
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray coat a long cake or biscuit pan. Slice 12 of the rolls in half. On the bottom part twirl a piece of the ham or turkey to fit the roll. Add 1/2 slice of cheese. Put top of roll back on. You may add mayonnaise and mustard if you wish.

Add the onion flakes and dry mustard to the margarine. Drizzle margarine mixture on top of the rolls. Let set for 30 minutes.

Bake in a 350 degree F preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
