Candle Wax On Mercerized Cotton T-Shirt?

I got candle wax on my black 100% mercerized cotton t-shirt and now the wax has dried. I need the shirt this weekend, can anyone help me out?

I don't know about that fabric, but you could try transferring the wax from your good shirt to a piece of scrap fabric or paper towel. Cover the wax spot with the scrap or paper towel. Use a warm iron, just enough to melt the wax a little & make it transfer onto the scrap material or paper towel. You do not want it too hot that it will melt the wax further into your good shirt. Constantly change the scrap/towel so the wax will have somewhere clean to adhere.
