Recipes Using Canned Cranberry Sauce

Last year Woman's Day magazine printed a fantastic holiday recipe made with jello, cranberry sauce, pineapple, etc. All ingredients were poured into paper muffin cups. Help. I lost the recipe.

We always have Cranberry Salad with our holiday meals. You need: 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce, 1 can pineapple (chunks or tidbits), 1 lg. container of cool whip, & 1/2 cup chopped nuts (opt.). Mix all ingredients in a large bowl & refrigerate. You can also make it ahead of time and freeze, then thaw when you need it.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 2-1/2 cups; pour into saucepan. Bring to boil. Pour over gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, walnuts and apple. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. (or one large mold). Refrigerated 21/2 hours or until firm.

Hope this is the one you are looking for. If it's not, I am sure it's similar.

Heinz has a chili cranberry chicken recipe that my family, who won't eat straight cranberry sauce, loves. Can I post this recipe on this website?
