Microwave Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. hamburger
• 1 egg
• salt
• pepper
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• cracker crumbs

Directions:

Mix hamburger, ketchup, egg, salt, and pepper. Crush enough crackers to make hamburger mixture not so sticky. Shape into mini meat loaves so 4 will fit in 9 inch square pan. Place in microwave; cover with waxed paper on top of pan. Cook 5 minutes on high. Turn meat loaves and cook 5 more minutes. Let set 2-3 minutes.
