I hope your puppy is still with his mother? She will clean him after he poops. It depends on how often the puppy is fed? If his mother is feeding him she will take care of him. If his mother is not with him, I suggest you take your baby to a vet. A baby that young needs to be fed at least every 2 hours. You can buy mother's mild from your pet store and also a bottle. A puppy should stay with his mother at least 7-8 weeks. good luck
