How do you remove spray paint from 100% cotton shirt that has been washed and dried? Alcohol did not work.

Uh-oh...I think it's a done deal. What you might do at this point, is take the shirt and add more paint here and there to make it look like a design of some type. I've used paper doilies and sprayed over them to get a neat design...hope someone else can offer a better solution :0)

Other than paint remover or paint thinner, I think it is a 'weekend, wear around the house when doing nasty work shirt' now. Alcohol takes out ink.
You might try a thing called, "goof off." it smells horrible, but takes off lots of things off of lots of different surfaces. Don't know if it works on t-shirts, but you can read the bottle. Good luck.
Boil it in milk. If it doesn't get off, add acetone.
