Who makes Dryer Magic dryer balls with Life-time Guarantee? I purchased these at the Wisconsin State Fair in August 07. They came in a tower-type 6-sided box. They are not the same as the ones I purchased last year. They are very hard and snag my good towels. I don't know how to contact the maker. I should have gone back to the store where I got the first ones.

Stop wasting your money on dryer balls! I bought a sleeve of 3 tennis balls. I threw them in my dryer the day I bought them (about 2 years ago) and never took them out.
