What does vinegar do to help it shrink? Wouldn't water do the same thing if you put it in the sun?

Laniegirl, I suspect adding the vinegar would assist cleansing it not just tightening it. After all, vinegar is such a great cleanser and is also anti bacterial.

The sun would also assist in cleansing as well as tightening and drying. Just a thought.
