Help Replacing a Fluorescent Light?

I have taken down a fluorescent light in my house and lost my wiring diagram. There are 4 wires inside 2 brown (I expect to be live), 1 blue (newtr) 1 purple (don't know) also it should be earthed. Help me please.

Usually the brown wires coming from the ballast, (the heavy
metal box in the fixture) go to the wires coming from the
switch. The colored wires normally go to the lamp holders.
For the grounding (earthing) look for a bare or two-colored
yellow and green wire, or a screw with an eight-sided head.

If this information is not sufficient, draw the fixture and the
wires and their location as neatly as possible, and show it
to a local electrician or electrical shop, preferably where
you buy the lamp for the fixture. They will be glad to
show off their knowledge.
