What kind of apples make the most juice in an electric juice maker? I'm only getting 1 cup per 4 or 5 apples. Thanks

You're actually getting a pretty fair amount as it is. Apples aren't really bred for juicing. If you're looking for flavor, try one part Jonathan, one part MacIntosh, and two parts Yellow Delicious. that's a local favorite her in So. West Michigan.
It may depend on what kind of juicer you are using. I have used several, and am currenty experimenting with the sauce maker attatchment on the Kitchen Aid.
